Hordatun Hotell is a good starting point for an eventful holiday, summer and winter. There are a number of different mountain hikes you can embark on in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, and in winter Røldal Ski Center offers beautiful trails and deep powder snow. If you have a car, you can reach national sights such as Trolltunga and Preikestolen, or go on a cider safari in Hardanger. The hotel is also suitable as a start or end point for hiking across the Hardangervidda.
