In Hardanger, you will find 19 unique cider producers who each produce their own unique cider, based on tradition and their own apples. The cider safari takes you on a visit to one of the cider producers, Aga Sideri. Here you will be served 3 ciders in the company of 3 kinds of Norwegian-produced cheeses, and the local apple farmer gives you an introduction to production, culture, and taste.
